Abstract

This paper describes the development of multimedia video cases for training Mongolian medical professionals. It identifies the need for pedagogical change, the design of an innovative technology, and the implication of such technology. Result of this research and development project contributes to medical instructions in Mongolia. In the broader perspective, however, it enlightens the understanding of how technology can be used to improve instruction for developing countries.
