The main purpose of this study is to design mobile learning model and a series of mobile learning activities for natural science learning, and to investigate the learning effect, including procrastinated learning achievement and metacognition performance. The study adopts quasi-experiment methodology and launches a mobile learning experiment. The subjects are 68 sixth grader in primary school in Taipei. The results of the research are shown as follows: (1)There exists no significant difference on learning achievement and procrastinated achievement between control group and experiment group. (2) In metacognition performance inventory, only self-consequent regulation subscale of experiment group is significantly better than that of control group. (3) There are no significant relationship between learning effect and metacognition performance, and procrastinated learning effect and metacognition performance.
