Abstract

Weblogging is fast becoming a popular way to use technology to critically reflect and comment on workplace practices and experiences. This paper analyses the weblogs of beginning teachers who are members of an online community of practice. The weblogs raise awareness of the significant issues faced by novice teachers and provide an important channel for both beginning and preservice teachers' social construction of school teaching and learning.
