Abstract

The main purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the use of the serious game Tempoly on student learning in mathematics of polynomial operations. A quasi-experimental study was carried out with 95 students of 8th grade from four classes. The results revealed that the students enjoyed playing the game and that those who played the game simultaneously with the classes outperformed students who did not play the game.
