Abstract
During this session, we will describe the development and testing of an online teaching and learning archive and examine some of the successes and challenges in developing an interactive faculty development resource. Elements that we will discuss include: Bibliography digest of online pedagogy resources; Self-paced short course; Faculty best practices boutique; Periodic discussion points/presentations; and Faculty-Faculty Consult links. We will share lessons learned and suggestions for future development.
