PEMAHAMAN GURU MENGENAI PEMBELAJARAN TEMATIK INTEGRATIF BERPENDEKATAN SAINTIFIK DI SEKOLAH DASAR

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa, guru dan kepala sekolah yang telah mengikuti pelatihan pembelajaran tematik integratif dan pendekatan pembelajaran saintifik Kurikulum 2013. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) pemahaman guru tentang pembelajaran tematik integratif sudah baik sebagaimana ditunjukkan oleh penjelasan mereka yang tepat dan (2) pelaksanaan pembelajaran tematik dilakukan dengan menggunakan tiga tahap pembelajaran, yaitu kegiatan pendahuluan, inti, dan akhir. Pendekatan saintifik yang guru terapkan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan belajar mengajar meliputi mengamati, menanya, mencoba, mengolah, menyimpulkan, menyajikan, dan mengkomunikasikan. Secara umum para guru sudah dapat menerapkan pendekatan saintifik dalam pembelajaran tematik integratif.

By employing qualitative approach the subject of this research are students, teachers and principal who’re already joining the training about integrated thematics and scientific learning approach on Curriculum 2013. The research result show that (1) most of the teacher have a good understanding about thematics learning approach as indicated by their good and proper explanation and (2) the thematic learning process being conducted by the teachers in three stages of learning, i.e. introduction, process, and ending. More over teachers conducting scientific approach in the form of observing, questioning, processing, concluding, presenting, and communicating. At least overall teachers already implementing scientific learning approach in integrated thematics learning process.
