The purpose of this presentation is to introduce a set of web-based training programs following Goal-Based Scenario (GBS) design model. A program has a storyline showing processes that people follow when they do their projects in real world. A story in a program is presented through a master scenario and multiple sub-scenarios. And knowledge and skills that people need while doing the project are provided by tutorials embedded in sub-scenarios. Therefore, learners learn °contents± they need °through tutorials± while they learn °context± to which they apply the contents °through scenarios.± Further, a program provides learners with multiple tasks which play as milestones to the final learning goal. All resources are given to learners; learners are equipped with all materials they need when they do tasks and supported by a tutor through bulletin board and/or email.
