With the advent of an academic laptop program, and increased demands from students the Faculty of Arts at McGill University embarked on a challenging experiment where an "Educational Technology Group" was created. This new group was to provide specific support to professors in the Faculty, by conducting one-on-ones and workshops, giving hands on classroom assistance as well as hosting a state of the art multimedia computer lab where professors could drop in and work on a range of simple to complex projects. This poster illustrates the chronological growth of the department, as it developed to better serve the needs of the Faculty.
