Abstract
The QMS, Questionnaire Management System, is a web-based software system that assists students in constructing an on-line questionnaire and managing the responses to the questionnaire. An on-line form-based editing system assists in the construction of questionnaires. The responses to the questionnaires may be downloaded in a raw form and in a form we refer to as first-order analysis. All data is delivered in tab delimited format, which may be delivered to a spreadsheet or a database. Graphs of the first-ordered information may be readily graphed using the resources in a spreadsheet.
