Using the Director a highly Interactive Instructional Design has been designed for Cyclotron which is a particle accelerator. The main concept Cyclotron has been divided into various sub concepts like Description, Derivation, Advantages and Disadvantages etc. Each sub concept is provided with separate evaluation section and the entire program is supported by audio. The speciality of the design is that it enables the learner to choose the order in which he wants to learn and tests his understanding and provides the animation which normally one cannot achieve in other softwares easily. Hence the Instructional Design is not only interactive but also provides the animations making the spiraling motion of particles a reality in classroom situations which can be easily made possible only using Multimedia Softwares.
