Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify the teachers' attitude toward using a forum to share their professional knowledge and experience. An investigation and interview method were applied for this study.There were three phases in this study.In the first phase, a web-based forum was setup for teachers in an elementary school. After a semester, all announced contents in the forum were recorded. In second phase, an investigating tool based on the result of the record was designed. Furthermore, questionnaires were delivered to random sampled teachers in an elementary school. In third phase, interviews were applied for this study. Finally, the statistical process was followed for analyzing collected data.Conclusion of research problems were drawn from the analysis result. Based on the result of data analysis of these phases, some references for teachers using a forum to share their professional knowledge and experience was discussed and suggested.
