Abstract
This paper intends to present a technology-enhanced teaching project funded by the School of Education at The College of New Jersey (TCNJ). This project has three essential aims: 1) To increase students’ academic performance (K-12) with technology-enhanced instruction; 2) To improve inservice teachers’ involvement in planning and teaching with technology enhancement; and 3) To establish a partnership between inservice teachers across classrooms/schools and TCNJ preservice teacher candidates for training, staff development, and projects. As a result of the achievement of these outcomes, participating inservice teachers will become more motivated to use technology tools and resources to improve education. Additionally, this project can serve as a model for other higher education institution teacher preparation programs.
