Abstract

In this paper, we report our exploration of how informal learning can be implemented on the Web for people of all ages of all colours. We will first talk about why informal learning is needed, why it is the best way or the only way to learn for some learners, why it is the best to implement informal learning on the Web for all learners. We then present a general process of effective and efficient informal learning on the Web, and an overall architecture of multi-agent system for informal learning on the Web. We will then talk about some important technologies and intelligent agents needed for the implementation of informal learning on the Web.
