Abstract

Des Moines Area Community College cooperated with other Iowa community colleges and IBM in designing and implementing a computer based education system. Outlines the systems approach used including objectives, needs analysis, implementation plan, cost effectiveness, and recommendations. Illustrations and graphs included. (DC)
