Abstract

The main goal of this research is to develop and establish the management, communication, learning and assessment dimensions of Distance Education (DE) milieus within the framework of Universal Design Principles (UDP) and Software Development Process (SDP). In other words, this study developed a DE milieu with UDP-SDP. In this context, an international open database and reference area as a resource in DE on the Internet will be planned, analyzed, designed, implementation and maintenance. The annotated bibliography related to DE-based resources (thesis, dissertations, articles, conference proceedings, etc.) has been archived and stored on this Web site. The Project Manager take a combination of disciplines DE and UDP-SDP as well as expert opinions, and encounters with the principles of the management, communication, technology, learning and assessment dimensions of DE milieus.
