Abstract
This paper provides an overview of the key elements of a job-embedded sustainable framework for teacher professional learning in Ireland that supports teachers as they move from a very traditional instructional environment to one that begins to embed strong uses of digital technologies and other elements of 21st century skills in teaching and learning.
