Abstract

The purpose of this brief paper proposal is to 1) describe the development and implementation of an evaluation instrument measuring the teaching and instructional effectiveness in an online class within the Blackboard Learning System (N = 90) using Flashlight Online, and 2) recommend key components/essential questions that should be addressed when developing an evaluation instrument and other multimedia assignments and activities for an for web-based course delivery.
