The web-based Master's of Education in Educational Technology (MEd in Ed Tech) program at the Center for Excellence in Education (CEE) at Northern Arizona University (NAU) is in its second year of implementation. This graduate degree program uses the World Wide Web (WWW) as a medium of delivery, and there is much to be learned and evaluated from the method of delivery and the program content. This article describes the plan and process for evaluating the Master of Education in Educational Technology, an online graduate program at NAU.
