Abstract

The focus of teachers' ICT-related professional development must be changed from the technology itself to ICT application in teaching if we want to tap the potential innovative ICT implication in education. In this paper, an object oriented ICT-related professional development program was introduced, the main modules and its corresponding object towards the 4-dimension and 3-stage ICT-integrated pedagogy standard was illustrated, and the pilot of the program, its early results and the discussion of further development was provided.
