National Teachers' In-service Training Information Platform in Taiwan

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to develop a national teachers' in-service training information platform to circulate in-service related information and keep track of in-service credits of teachers. Bottom-up approach for credits records submit strategy and top-down courses information distribution were both applied for this platform for those major information flow. Distributed approach also applied for collecting huge amount of information flow back and forth.
