Will High Technology Save Higher Education from Decline?
ARTICLE

Canadian Journal of Higher Education Volume 13, Number 2,

Abstract

The optimistic premise of "Global Stakes: The Future of High Technology in America" is criticized as unrealistic. The book suggests that technology holds great hope for growth in scientific and engineering education. Although systems and trends in several countries are compared, the focus is on the United States. (MSE)
