The Preparing Tomorrow's Teachers to Use Technology (PT3) Grant at North Carolina A&T State University included the development of a technology integration plan that would enable the systematic infusion of the North Carolina Technology Standards and the National Educational Technology Standards into professional education courses. After implementation, the evaluation of the integration of the plan into the courses was evaluated. The results of the evaluation indicated that there were several gaps between the technology plan and the integration of the standards into the courses. As a result of the evaluation, ways to correct the existing gaps in the delivery of the plan were developed and implemented. The remediation included: the development of a website with terminology, one-on-one interventions to help faculty develop activities that would address the standards, and development of activities that are placed on the web for use by faculty.
