Abstract

This is a presentation of ongoing work. The aim of the project is to develop a Digital Classroom which enables teachers to select and combine learning objects into teaching and learning material that is personalised and appropriate for their individual pedagogical needs. Visualisation has always played an important role in teaching and learning, however some teachers can be reluctant to embrace new technologies. Focus groups with teachers have been conducted to establish their requirements for such a product and an initial prototype developed ands demonstrated.
