This paper offers a new perspective in teachers' education regarding the effective technology integration. The core theoretical background is Case based Reasoning. We develop a knowledge repository filled by indexed stories collected directly from teachers who use technology in their classrooms. The index is developed and under continuous revision according to the experience we gather through the interviews. The stories are collected and the system developed by a consortium of eight universities. The stories can be retrieved in a Web-based interface, that is powered by a custom made engine, that uses a near-neighbor algorithm. Future research will be around the use of this system by teachers and teacher educators.
