The ARIADNE methodology and system exist since more than five years. A large amount of user feedback has been gathered. In this paper, we focus on what we learned from the feedback on two tools: 1. the ARIADNE Knowledge Pool System, a distributed database of reusable pedagogical documents and their associated descriptions (metadata), 2. the tools to store, search and retrieve such reusable learning objects.
