Abstract

Higher education and technology are linked through a multitude of activities involved in productivity, research, teaching, and learning. Appropriate choices for using and integration technology into higher education are influenced by challenges related to budget reductions, systemic globalization, and students. Technology facilitates innovation, effectiveness, and efficiency in the higher education environment and can streamline business processes. Needs assessment, solution alignment, and intervention evaluation facilitate integration of technology into higher education environments.
