In recent years, Taiwan's private schools at all levels offers many educational opportunities for the country, long-term survival and operation of private schools for the sake of development, The Ministry of Education since 2001 against the ailing private high school guidance staff evaluation, thus contributing to good physical fitness counseling to poor management of private schools and out of the high schools in Tainan County, sterile Germany in 2002 the number of new jobs at home 220 to 2003 schools in the use of 6s of the operators, all of the school has become more stable, in 2008 their number reached 758 students, in 2009 the number of school break 2000. In this case study, using questionnaires and interviews to explore the use of six schools, the standard deviation of DMAIC module process, through interviews with administrators, teachers, students, parents, etc., and to summarize, analyze data, search for 6 standard Poor use of DMAIC module successful model.
