The goal of this paper is to examine possible relations between renew cancer registration standards knowledge/skills improvement and quality control of the cancered patients’ data collection. Due to the daily busy work schedule, not many cancer registers are allowed to attend meetings or training courses for new cancer standards modified discussion. Therefore, how to integrate human factor found from works, new concept logic/standards learning processes and data into this platform is the key point of this study. As a consequence of these trends, cancer register’s previous experienced issues and questions concerned for improving the overall cancer registration platform design become extremely important to government in Taiwan. As expected, the result of e-learning platform has been shown that cancer registers’ knowledge and the quality of cancer registration data are improved; the entire service has been highly promoted. The result which supports the assumption was obtained.
