Abstract

This article will report about the progress of the research “Towards an improvement of my chore as an English teacher: the educational software a means to solve some methodological difficulties of EFL student-teachers.” The participants will learn about the stages of design and piloting of an educational software called “English Language Teaching” and the insights that the research group “Didactica del Inglés y Tecnología” has gained up now. The presenters will also discuss how this type of research contributes to meeting the standards of doing research that combines both technological development and pedagogical intervention in Colombian EFL teacher-education programs.
