Abstract

This paper presents research on the development of an electronic portfolio that aims to assess teacher candidates' reflective strategies on their professional growth in an alternative, graduate-level teacher preparation program aimed at career-change adults. Development, design, and implementation of the final portfolio, and the portfolio course will be presented, along with voices from faculty and teacher candidates regarding the process and learning experience.
