Abstract

Will virtual reality be a good fit for your own class? How to proactively integrate innovative technology, such as virtual reality (VR) to enhance the teaching and learning experience in your own classroom? This study presents the findings from a pilot virtual reality study in Science Education Program, where pre-service teachers used iPads and VR technology to explore the potentials and challenges of integrating augmented reality and virtual reality technology in their future classroom. Key findings provide insights and recommendations about how to introduce VR to the class or your campus.
