Abstract

In this session, we provide a brief guide for aspiring authors in the field of educational technology. We concentrate on journal articles rather than on books or electronic publishing. After looking briefly at some of the reasons for publishing, we discuss some of the most popular types of articles currently appearing in the literature and review educational technology journals. Hints for creating publishable articles are also provided.
