Abstract

The purpose of this study is to discuss the new skills and knowledge that the students in Turkish primary or secondary schools will be furnished with through the integration of educational technology into the educational system. In order for attainment of the major national intentions listed on the paper by Ministry of National Education (MONE), there is a need of determination of the student learning outcomes in Turkey. The determination of the student learning outcomes will help to define that the students, achieving the national goals, will be like what after passing through the technology integrated educational system.
