Abstract

Twenty-first century technologies are enabling new kinds of collaboration between university-based scientists and K-12 science teachers, while also providing researchers with new windows on cross-institutional collaborative activity. This paper will describe how innovative computer resources support a research project sponsored by the National Science Foundation that involves graduate teaching fellows in K-12 education programs.
