Abstract
In the trend of rapid information technology development and global competition, the 21st century has become an era of knowledge economy. If teachers can apply knowledge management (KM), the teaching effectiveness will be increasing and the teachers' professional skills would be growing. This study adopted the method of literature review and the modified Delphi procedure to ascertain the learning contents, sources, and styles of KM for vocational high information teachers in Taiwan; a focus group discussion was preceded to explore the teachers' learning strategies of applying KM. Investigation questionnaire were designed based on literature review and the results of both Delphi procedure focus group discussion. The LISREL methodology was applied for verifying structural equation model of preparing model.
