Abstract
The study reported an investigation on the perceived technology skills of African-American undergraduate students as well as their needs towards future technology trainings or workshops. The participants were the working adult learners who attended technology training sessions at a university in the southeastern United States. The technology training covered basic computer skills as well as Blackboard features for the beginners. Most students found the technology training to be helpful. Adult learners’ training needs towards technologies covered most of the basic technology skills and some advanced technology skills.
