Abstract
Massive implementation of ICT based tools into educational process will eventually force educational system to undergo a major paradigm shift. This will be caused by its losing monopoly on the market of sources of learning. This paper proposes a conceptual solution called Educational Supply Chain, which may allow change resisting educational institutions to embrace e-learning, enhance their offerings and a global reach while preserving many of its traditional values.
