Abstract
The main purpose of the paper is to know how visual elements that manifest personality affect the attitudes of web users. The effects of similar or dissimilar to the interface that people interact with are investigated. We manipulate visual elements, creating an extroverted and an introverted interface, and then ask a subject who is identified as extroverted or introverted to interact with the interface. We also introduce a new way V the Barnum Effect V to measure the attitudes of subjects. The result suggested that visual elements could show the personalities of interfaces, and people would prone to believe the information contained by an interface with different personalities from themselves.
