Abstract
This study was designed to find a suitable way to promote students’ sport behaviors on the university level in Taipei, Taiwan. Precede-Proceed Model developed by Green and Kreuter (1991) was adopted as a theory basis to design a fitness app – Music Run. This app also used streaming music to create music sets which was designed to synchronize users’ heart rate with the tempo of music, and provided functions based on the feedback of questionnaires. Usability test was conducted to get the feedback from end users. Participants felt positive toward the app & music sets. Several issues and suggestions were provided in this study.
