Abstract
In this session participants will become familiar with a technology integration project that involved two school districts, six K-12 schools, and the teacher education program at a state university. The project was composed of several specific technology integration projects designed to meet student content learning objectives and National Education Technology Standards (NETS) for administrators, teachers, and students. During the 2-year technology integration project, the K-12 teachers and faculty attended training to learn how to develop web pages, integrate PowerPoint into their instruction, use digital cameras, video production and editing equipment, specialized content software, Smartboards, microscopes, flexcams, CD-burners, VCRs, DVDs, computer microphones, and e-Beam whiteboard projection systems. In addition to learning how to use these technologies the participants also learned how to integrate them within their instruction to meet content learning objectives.
