Calling All “Somebodies” to Solve the EdTech Collective Action Problem
Talk
Bart Epstein, Jefferson Education Exchange (JEX), United States
Abstract
Which education technologies are thriving? Where? Why? Answers to these questions would benefit all education stakeholders. Unfortunately, structural problems are keeping educators from documenting and sharing critical information about their edtech implementation experiences. As a result we collectively waste more than seven billion of the dollars we spendeach year on edtech. “Somebody” needs to do something about this.
