Abstract
This paper considers IT lab construction with open source cloud technology. It begins with the introduction of cloud technology which has the potential to meet the requirements of computer labs. This paper investigates the advantages and disadvantages of different types of cloud technology when used in teaching IT courses. The last part of the paper presents a cloud solution on implementing a computer lab to support hands-on practice in IT classes.
