Abstract

Online education continues to gain popularity among students, especially working adults, due to a number of advantages that this learning format offers, including convenience and flexibility. However, online course delivery has various challenges and problems that need to be addressed in order to ensure its effectiveness and the quality of learning outcomes. This paper explores these issues from the perspectives of the student, the instructor, and the institution of higher learning and offers some practical suggestions for improvement
