Abstract

Abstract. This paper describes the experience conducted with an adaptive hypermedia system (AHS) in a course of Information Systems, Computer Science BA, in a blended-learning environment. The system allows the educational environment to be personalized so that students can reach learning objectives. This research is aimed at knowing how students appraise the AHS impact on their learning process. The case-study methodology was applied. The results suggest that the students assess positively the impact that AHS has had on their learning process. Two experiences have been conducted with this aim; it is suggested to carry out further research so that these conclusions can be generalized.
