In this panel four short talks will outline a range of key issues in mobile learning. These themes include the opportunities for more flexible access to learning opportunities, and the challenges this produces for traditional providers of formal education. The design of mobile learning resources is specifically addressed, and in particular the challenge of design for accessible mobile learning. These talks will be followed for discussion session debating the key themes and challenges identified in the talks.
