Abstract

Describes how various countries have implemented curriculum change by integrating information and communication technology based on interviews in England, the United States, Australia, and Canada. Describes three phases through which countries progress as computers become more prevalent and focuses on the second phase, where technology is used transparently to enhance learning. (LRW)
