Abstract

In order to integrate technology into the preparation of teachers, systematic change must occur. This project which includes addresses preservice faculty and student needs. Higher education faculty are,provided professional development aimed at increasing technology use for instruction and for student performance expectations. Preservice students are involved in the development and demonstration of competencies to meet ISTE Foundation Standards for those seeking initial certification.
