The Technology Collaboratives (TechCo) PT3 project focused on the simultaneous renewal between a teacher education program and its partner K12 schools. Project initiatives were designed to prepare cohort groups of preservice teachers who have technology rich courses and field experiences throughout their teacher preparation program. The project is grounded in Goodlad's theory of simultaneous renewal, where schools and universities work collaboratively to improve the preparation of teachers (Goodlad, 1994). Specifically, this paper will report the results from preservice teachers involved in the project during a three-year period. Data were collected using surveys, focus group interviews and observations.
