Abstract

The following journal documents the process of creating my online movement website for adult students, Tiffsway. It begins with what sparked the initial idea for the movement site, my research on adult students and stress, and how I learned web design. I will also discuss the process of developing the site, display an outline of the movements used in the web videos, and show a link to final product.
