Abstract

This paper discusses virtual learning and assessment techniques for e-learning. E-revolution as a phenomenon is influencing the society by its means and strategies. Virtual learning is one of the sub-products of E-revolution that is making learning more convenient and effective. People start to learn through the Internet instead of books. It gives the flexibility to remote access at any time. This flexibility changes the people's learning methods and encourages people to learn more. Some aspect of assessment has been highlighted and implemented as a model on - line assessment adaptable to any type of organization
